By accessing or using Trova Africa's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Trova Africa provides advertising, branding, digital marketing, and related services. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements or contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
- Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes
- Pay all fees according to agreed payment schedules
- Obtain necessary permissions and rights for any third-party materials
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees. Trova Africa reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. Trova Africa retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing intellectual property and methodologies
- Concepts and preliminary work not selected by the client
- Right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation continues after termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trova Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trova Africa is headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Amendments
Trova Africa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
